Infant and Preschool Program in Grapevine/Lewisville?

I have two girls, 6 months and 3 years and am looking for a good care provider for them that is loving and educational. I want something that is structured and fun but I don't want just free play all day. I have been checking out daycares/Montessori/pre-schools in the area and am very frustrated. For the price I would be paying for an infant, I expect A LOT!!!! So far I have found that I either like the nursery and not the preschool part or vice versa. I used to work in child care and have very high expectations and so far haven't found anything that meets those and is within my budget. I am a single mom so I am kinda limited on what I can do financially. Has anyone heard anything about Bedford Christian Academy, Cornerstone or schools similar? I don't mind going a little out of my way for quality care but I live in Grapevine and work in Lewisville so ultimately anything in between would be the best. What about Miss Patties Place in Lewisville? I am desperate for advice! I am very disappointed with the place I currently have my girls and want to change asap so any help is greatly appreciated.

What can I do next?

Hi - My son has attended Cornerstone Learning Center in Grapevine sine he was 9 mo he is now 4 and will start in the the pre-K program on Monday. I like this learning center because it is Christian based and they teach from the ABEKA program. The same owner owns the one in Flowermound. The one in Grapevine is located corner of Mustang & Hwy 26. Prices are very reasonable. Good Luck with your decision.

I live in Grapevine too and was very frustrated when I first started looking for care for my two daughters - there isn't much to choose from in the area. We were with a private sitter in Grapevine at first but she only keeps kids up to 18-months so we had to make a change when my older daughter turned 2 (yes, we got to extend her "graduation"!). Anyway, after much searching, we ended up at the Primrose in Bedford and have been very, very pleased. I've also heard that the Primrose in Flower Mound is excellent and might be closer to your route. Good luck!

My son attended Cornerstone Learning Center for the last two years. It is Christian based and they use the ABEKA curriculum. They do take infants now as well.

They are located close to the intersection of FM2499 and FM3040 in Flower Mound.

We were very happy with the instruction our son received.

My DD attended Cornerstone Learning Center in Flower Mound for 1 1/2 years (until I stopped working). We absolutely loved it. She started as a toddler and went through a year in EPS2. All of her teachers were incredible and turnover was low. She learned so much, and I would highly recommend the school.
