Yes ladies, I want to get rid of it. Its just too big. I know guys like it, but
i don't. What exercises can I do or what moves can I do to make it smaller.
I stopped squats because I noticed it made it tighter and rounder. I am looking to have a small but. Right now its as though there are two muffins stuff in my jeans.
Any help???

What can I do next?

Muscle burns fat. There's no way around that.

So before you can shrink the fat on your butt you first have to build muscle to BURN the fat. Your butt didn't get to be the size it is overnight or in a few months, so it might take a little while to get it exactly where you want it.

Your butt will get tighter and rounder from doing the squats as you build muscle. After you've built muscle, the fat will burn off. So in essence, it might get larger before it gets smaller. But it WILL get smaller. Just keep going!

Otherwise, keep going! You're doing great!

I found this in People magazine last year & I did it 3 to 5 times a week. After a couple months my daughter noticed my but looked smaller! My clothes fit so much better now.

Step up & down on a bench~I use the one at the foot of my bed~30 times with right leg then 30 times with left. If you can build up to more than 30 reps even better.
Keep your posture upright & hold in tummy muscles.

Steps are great to work on those muscles. You could do a step video or just go up and down the ones in your house. Any type of cardio exercise will help you because you will be working your legs anyway.

Cardio and nutrition.

Cardio - walking, jogging, aerobics, any sort of cardio exercises that you can sustain for a minimum of 30 minutes at a time.

Nutrition - make sure you're watching what you eat, avoiding (or eliminating processed foods and refined sugars), eating plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains/fiber, and lean proteins and low fat dairy. Watch portion size and caloric intake.

There aren't very many moves you can do to make it 'smaller'. Think about it - if you are doing strength training exercises you are growing the muscle. Squats are actually very good because they will tighten the muscle and give a more firm appearance; most people need to work on what is 'on top' of the muscle!
