How Do I Connect with Local Moms Groups in Carlsbad, CA?

Meetup.com has a Carlsbad Mom's & Tot's playgroup that you could join. Or you could contact The Parent Connection through Scripps Hospital and they can put you in touch w/ a playgroup in your area. Also there are a few MOPS(Mother's of Preschooler's) in this area.

I found my playgroup by meeting other Mom's in Mommy & Me Classes. Your Yoga classes sound fun.

Would you be interested at all in teaching Yoga to preschoolers ? I have a friend that has her son in Preschool and they have a Yoga teacher that comes once a week. My son's school was looking for something like this.

I am just interested in the average age that kids can start practicing yoga. I love it and would be interested in doing with with my child, but I'm not sure at which age they can start.
