Try sucking on lemon drops-the hard candy ones that are lemon shaped and are lightly coated in sugar. They usually come in the clear bags of candy that are hanging up in the candy aisle at CVS and Walgreens. They always seemed to help me. Trader Joe's also has a ginger hard candy that is supposed to work too.

You can get a drug from your doctor to help with nausea. It worked miracles for me except it constipated me. Make sure you talk to your doctor about that. I was not prepared for that and it was horrible. As long as you have something to counter that side effect it was well worth it.

There are a bunch of natural things you can try that they sell at Whole Foods, but for me plain, dry crackers and ginger tea was the only thing that worked. Sometimes sour candies or "Preggie Pops" were good, too. I would really stress that making sure your stomach is never empty helps - keep popping crackers if you can. There are medications that can help if your case is extreme so ask your doctor if you can't hold anything down.
Best of luck!

Hi N..
I was sick for the first 2 months, and then realized it was my prenatal pills. I switched brands and feel much better. I kept a bag of cheerios by my nightstand. If I started to feel naseous, I would eat a little something. Good luck!
