AHHH! We just got a new couch 3 months ago. It's cream colored and microfiber. We do have the stain protection but unfortunately that doesn't cover the black, permanent, felt tip marker that my niece got all over it! I need any tips to remove this stain. I used tuff stuff and that removed most of the spots but there are two places where the marker must've been held in place a bit longer. PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you!

Sol-U-Mel. It is the absolute best invention for parents with young children!It takes permanent marker out of most things. It is also a great for juice spills, pet messes, getting out nail polish, etc.

I second rubbing alcohol. I haven't tried it on fabric, but it works on any hard surfaces. Definitely try it on a hidden spot first to see if it hurts/discolors the fabric.
You could try isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) that removes permanent marker from most surfaces. I don't know how it will handle on microfiber, but I think it'll be okay.
