Gymnastics for Fun

Our daughter is 2 years old. We were members of Little Gym until it closed. She absolutely love going to play and explore. We have her in Kindermusik and she loves it, we have replaced Little Gym with Ozark Mountain Gymnastics (OMG). Our older daughter does gymnastics there and loves the challenge. Our baby however, has become quite cautious and is showing more fear since switching to OMG. We aren't trying to raise a gymnast, I liked Little Gym because she was free to explore on her own and play. OMG is a great place, but I think it may be too regimented for our little one. Does anyone know of a good alternative? A place where kids can run and play and try new things inside when it is too cold to go outside to one of our lovely parks.
Thank you.

I'm not certain of what programs are avaiable, but you might try calling the YMCA and see if they have anything that might work. And by the way my mom has shopped at your store and thinks it's great, and I love using the Fair trade items as gifts for special occassions.

Have you looked at all star gym in Nixa? I know a few moms that take their kiddos there on Thursdays (i think) for open gym. They all have nothing but good things to say about it. They pay $4 per kid and I think they play for about 2 hours.
Hope this helps!

PS Could you also send me some info on your fair trade shop!

C., I run a mom's group called fun friends in Nixa and two Weds a month we go to All Star Gymanstics here in Nixa for mommy and me time. It is only from 11:15-12 but the equipment is all set up for the littler kids and they are free to run around and play more like a free play time instead of a class. Then at the end they all do the paracute and get little stamps on the feet or hands. My kids love it is $4 a child.I think in March it is on the 5th and 26th. BUt you an check out their web site for future dates you don't have to be part of our group to go it is opne to the public.

have you gone to the open gym on Monday mornings at OMG? I think it's from 10-11 for preschoolers.

I live in Republic and go to the Community Center on Monday from 10-12. They have an open toddler gym (ages 0-5 I believe)and it's just $1 per kid. It is great really because they have all kinds of toys and it isn't regimented at all. It's like going to the park, but only indoors. They have a big blow up that the kids can jump in as well. They burn off a lot of energy. I know my 2 yr old girl looks fwd to going every week.
Also out here is Gold Medal Gym and they have a mommy and me class. It is cheaper than the prices at the little Gym, but I haven't gone to check it out yet. I can't beat $1 a day. :)
