My almost 2 year old is allergic to chocolate, dairy, egg whites, wheat, soy and sesame. I need foods/recipies that don't contain any of these items. Looking for help, please!

Did they do actual allergy testing on her? Also did they test each item seperate? A lot of times you can be allergic to something when it's mixed with some thing else and not allergic to it by itself. My daughter was allergic to anything with #10 yellow dye for quite a few years but out grew it.
I would go to a specialist and have them print me out a diet for her to follow.
Her doctor should have given you some type of diet for her. I would just take a day and go into the store and just start reading ingredients on everything to see what she could eat. Also there is a web site for children with food allergies but I no longer remember the name of it. But then again her doctor should have given you that information also.

When my son was having issues with dairy and soy, we switched to almond milk. We loved it so much that we all still drink it. Silk makes almond milk without soy, whereas Almond Breeze contains soy, so you will want to go with Silk brand. Rice milk or coconut milk are other options, but make sure to read the ingredients, since some contain soy. Good luck!

There are tons of websites with great recipes, just search for "dairy free recipe", etc. I like:
www.bookofyum.com
www.glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com
www.gingerlemongirl.blogspot.com
www.glutenfreemommy.com
just to name a few. You can make substitutions as necessary like almond or coconut milk for dairy or using Ener-g egg replacer or flax goo (1T. flax seed to 3T. hot water, let set 10 minutes till it's gelled) instead of eggs. There are many good flour mixes available on the market to sub for regular wheat flour like Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Mix or Better Batter Mix. Earth Balance makes a great butter substitute (look for the red container that does not have soy). Good luck in your journey!

He is allergic to alot more then you know about. Visit NAET.com and find a practitioner near you who will rid him of the blockages that are causing the allergies in the first place. This is lifelong and it is natural. No needles, no pain...it is wonderful. Having used it myself and both my daughters and freinds it is the best thing going to get the immune system back in balance.

Is there a Whole Foods or Native Sun near you? They have products without all these. Also Super Target has a decent section without these also!
