Favorite On-line Calorie Reference ?

I used to use Calorie King.com. But they have changed over the years. They used to have a category for "average for all brands" but now they don't do that. They list nothing but name brand food items. Since we eat mostly whole foods, bulk foods, and fresh foods, from scratch, this does not work quickly for me.
I'm open to a smart phone app too.

I don't do on-line calorie trackers because a journal is so much faster, especially when you need to record quirky things (like eating your toddler leftovers, etc.)

thx

MyFitnessPal
It's both online and smartphone.
You can go online and put in your own recipes and it will calculate everything there and save it to your account. Then on your phone you can tell it to put in 1 serving of your recipe.
It also has tons of generic foods, fresh foods, etc (eg, nutritional content of 1 egg, or 1 apple).

Spark people is awesome. The only thing that can really mess up the whole thing is the portion size...if you don't adjust that specifically to how much you ate the whole thing is off.

I like CalorieCount.com.
It has both brand specifics and generals in most categories.

It also has a nice recipe analyzer that allows you to plug in meal ingredients and servings, and determine what you are eating that way.
