Hi Moms,

I am looking for some advice on a double jogging stroller for my kids. I won't actually be using it for jogging, but want the bigger size wheels for getting around my neighborhood. I was considering just getting a single, because my daughter is extremely tall for her age and looks like she will be cramped in most of them, but we have a lot of hills where we walk and she gets tired easily and I know she won't want to walk the whole time. My dream stroller is the BOB Revolution, but can't see spending that much money right now. I would greatly appreciate your reviews on strollers you own! Thank you!

I would suggest the Baby Jogger city Elite stroller. It has very large seats and will definitely fit your daughter until she is about 4 years old.

You can come to the side walk sale this sunday at Let's Go Strolling. They are sure to have
this stroller on sale.
They are located in downtown oakland.

A.,
I have a Bob Ironman double and it still fits my almost 3 and 4.5 year old boys. They are both really tall and it is getting to the max, but there are no complaints and they are in it a lot.

Hi A.,
The strollers are getting out of hand and the price tag on them is beyond me. Insane. Im still trying to wrap my head around the 800 plus bucks for a Bugaboo. my first son's crib didn't even cost that much and its a Bassett. Top brand name piece of furniture and he spends every waking moment in that vs a stroller. Go figure that concept out. I use to have a single Baby Trend jogger for my first child. LOVED IT. Then when my scond child came my older son was 2.5yrs old and very tall for his age. I too don't jog but wanted something to stroll around my neighborhood that was easy to get around with on the streets. I sold my single and bought http://www.amazon.com/InStep-Suburban-Safari-Jogging-Stro...
The one thing I didn't care for this jogger was the sunshade is very short so I just bought a double sunshade to go over it. Its fabulous. There is no hand brake on this stroller either but its easy to push with a 3.5 yr old boy 44lbs and a 14 mon old 28lbs. For the price its great and for festivals. These trendy strollers are getting out of hand. good luck. I went to the baby stores before buying on line to test drive them with both kids first which helped me decide too. Oh also, many companies also charge more for a certain color. What's next? Maybe you can pick out your rims for your stroller and add a dvd player for another up charge.

Good luck,

SAHM/40yrs old with 2 fun loving little boys. Im very blessed to be home with my children full time.

I love my BabyTrend double stroller though I don't know how the measurements would fit a tall child. If you Google the brand it should give you some specs to help with your decision. Good luck...I bought mine last year so I could jog with my kids. I started my routine and about a month later learned I was pregnant with twins. CRAZY! Now the babies fit nicely in there -- the older kids like their bikes & scooters too much to care about riding in the stroller ;)
