I have a friend who is a dentist in Gilbert. He is extremely honest and an all around great guy and works well with children. I take my typical children to him and they love him. His son is special needs and the lady in the front office also has a special needs son, so they are very empathetic to this situation. I am not sure what he can do, but it would be worth giving him a call to find out. If he cannot help your friend, I am sure that he can refer her to someone who can.
