My son wears a 12, but I get PJ's a bigger size, and I need some fun pajamas for him for Christmas. I've got my daughter's and my youngest son's, but I can't find good ones in size 12/14. I am looking for some kind of character ones versus the plain plaid ones.

I've done a Google search to no avail.

What can I do next?

I don't know if you're kids are crazy for angry birds.... but I saw some at target in the bigger boys section, and thought about getting them for my son. They don't have the feet, just pants, and a shirt, but then they last longer anyways.

Good luck!

It looks like most places only have bottoms (lounge pants) once they hit that size although I know my SIL has had luck at Target. She even found her kids footie PJs there one year in sizes up to adult!

I think you might have better luck in the men's section. I know I saw cute PJ pants for men at Old Navy (and they also have up to size XXL in boys, so I think that would fit him) and Children's Place has adult PJs that match their kid ones (they also carried 14 boys, but are out of them online, you could try a store though).

We buy pajamas every year for our family..not matching...just a fun new set. Santa leaves them on the porch in one big wrapped box on Christmas Eve. It is a fun tradition and we all have fun seeing what everyone got. It helps them settle in for the long night.

I always buy from Gap or Old Navy. You can go online and buy from both companies and pay once..they are all on the same website...along with a couple other companies.

This year we are stepping things up and we all get slippers too! The kids are gonna go berserk when they see that wrapped package on the back porch.

Good luck and best wishes at finding a fun pair of pj's for your boy!!

I get both kids pj's at Target every year (and not necessarily Christmas jammies). It's the one gift they open on Christmas Eve.

We always get ours at Walmart in the boys section. They usually have a whole lot of them around Christmas. If that doesn't work get him just the bottoms. I know Walmart carries crates of those in every size. Then he can wear a long sleeved tee or a turtle neck when it's really cold.

Do you have a K-Mart or Sears near you? I get the larger sizes for my daughter and they always have a nice selection. They also carry character and cute holiday pj’s.
