I advertised at UT Dallas through their employment office and hired a student. I only have 1 child (13 mos.) and I'm working at home, so my needs are different from yours, but perhaps you can find someone through them? I would just figure out your budget, leave a little room to "haggle", and see what happens. Good luck!
