St. Rose Hospitals do have clothing exchanges. They are more than happy to take your donations of clothing as they give them to other moms or moms that are needy and can use the clothing. If your clothing is washed and have no stains on them you can make some money with them. There are several consignment stores in the area that will take them, sell them in the store and pay you for the clothing.

I do not know where you live in the Las Vegas Area so here's a listing of several locations in Las Vegas and Henderson, NV.

You should try Sunflower kids.. Here is the website http://www.sunflower-kids.com/index.html they are on stephanie just south of the 215 and have lots of great clothes you can trade your for new or getnly used ones or other items that they have in the store they also have alot of handmade items tha tyou can not get anywhere..

Try a site called GumdropSwap (http://gumdropswap.com). You can swap from anywhere in the US by sending the clothes your kids outgrow to this kids boutique in CT. An option if you want to get some value out of all the money you spent instead of flat out donating. As long your things are in good condition they don't turn down anything because of brand, size or season. They take everything unlike resale store like Once Upon a Child! They give you points to shop on the website and send the clothes that fit your kids. It's great if you don't have time, patience or know how to do consignment, Ebay, craigslist, tag sale, etc.

i have alot of girls cloths for sell trying to move into something smaller.. Shoes toys coats used in great conditon and some new things as well.

They do a used baby sale at the local recreational centers. I know for sure they do one at the Silver Springs Rec center in Henderson. Check with your local center to see when they have them - you can sign up to sell your clothes/toys for $10 a parking spot - or just go to purchase. Good Luck!

Children's Orchard is a Consignment store so you can get clothes and other products for a fraction of the cost. I have a bunch of girls clothes I just boxed up. I was going to give some away and sell the rest to Children's Orchard but you have to have an appointment and it's six weeks out. The boxes are cluttering my garage and truck. I'd be happy to let you go through to see if you'd want any for your girls. I have sleepers, onesies and outfits. Let me know.
