See all- I used the schedule from the Contented Little Baby by Gina Ford for my twins. It is an awesome book and very specific about food and naps. You can get it on Amazon....
- I'd also transition them to a 4 hour schedule. We used the ideas from the Babywise/Preparation for Parenting program with all 6 of our kids, including the twins....
