Introducing My 7-Month-old to Chunkier Foods
My daughter is 7 and a half months old and is breastfed. We started solids around 5 months with cereal. Now, she's great with the stage 1 and 2 foods, but I've noticed other babies her age eating chunkier foods as opposed to the purees. Most of the stage 3 foods say for babies 9 months and older though. I just started giving her the Gerber Graduates sweet potato puffs and she can pick them up with her thumb and forefinger and chew them with her gums and one little tooth.
