Horrible Diaper Rash. Please Help!!!

Hi Mom's. I need help with my little ones diaper rash. I am not even sure it is diaper rash. It doesn't seem to be a rash with small bumps. For the last few days her behind has been getting more red. I also noticed a small sore (almost like a cut) right were her diaper is. Any suggestions on what it might be. I don't know if it is something she is eating or what. I have been putting a very generous amount of diaper cream and neosporin, but nothing seems to help. Any advice would be helpful.

We Have a Pooping Problem! 4 Months

My almost 4 month old is BF only so I expect loose stools...I just thought it would start to be less frequent???? He has a BM about 7 to 8 times a day, for a younger baby I understand. We have a Dr. visit next week but meanwhile that's 100 BM's away! Should I add rice to a bottle of breast milk? Or try formula once a day? I am not so concerned about him not gaining weight...he is 17.5 lbs and 26 in long but his bottom is red. Ideas?

Almost 2Yr Old with Bad Diaper Rash!

I need help. My daughter is almost 2 and she had lose poopies for about a day and a half, she still have lose poopie but the worst diaper rash I have ever seen. I change her all the time. She has never even had a rash when she's been sick or as a infant. This is as red as red gets. She won't even sit or let you go near her to wipe or for cream. I feel like the cream is just making it more moist and not helping. I have tried the old fashion ways and still no help. Is there medication or something a doctor can get to help, or is someone out...

Severe Diaper Rash

Moms - I need your help! My son cannot wear Pampers pull-ups and when he does he breaks out into severe diaper rash and it looks awful! I have told his teachers, management, and director at his daycare that under no circumstance should my son ever wear a Pampers pull-ups. He also cannot use Desitin or AD. I use Dr. Smiths and Aquaphor. Usually when he breaks out I smear the Dr. Smiths and Aquaphor and I start him immediately on a BRAT diet. I'm unable to get him to the Dr. tomorrow, but plan on taking him on Monday. I feel so bad for...

Switching Formula....a Strange rash...and Baby Dandruff???

I have 2 questions. The first pertains to switching formula. I previously asked about brands and types of formulas to add into my 5 mo old's breastfed diet. I was giving him soy because I thought it might be he easiest to digest and based on all the responses I received, I've decided to switch to Good Start. Am I supposed to switch it gradually(like when switching dog foods??) or can I start the new formula right away? How will I know if he's allergic to dairy? I only give him 2-3 ounces every 24 hrs in addition to his breastmilk. I do this...
