Hi there. The best program by far, in my opinion, is Weght Watchers. Not sure if you ever tried it or not but 2 years before I got pregnant (I am 31 weeks now with my first), I lost 55 lbs in a little over a year. I like Weight Watchers because you can eat anything you want, no pre packaged food and its more of a way of life and not a diet. Its VERY flexible. I plan on returning there after I have my baby in July. I guess the main thing is that you have to find a Weight Watchers leader that is really good and matches your personality! I live in Audubon and I go (or used to) to the center in King of Prussia on Thurs nights at 6:30 pm. The leader there, Karen is EXCELLENT. She is in her mid 30's and very energetic, positive and keeps things fresh at her meetings. I also have been to the one in Collegeville on Wed nights I beleive at the same time and the leader Lisa there is very good too. I think she teaches 2 nights so since that one is closer to you, you might want to check into that. There are some leaders out there that are not very good and it can affect your weight loss. I have been through a few of them!!! A friend of mine went with me and she lost almost 30 lbs and my sister was very happy with her weight loss results when she went as well. I highly recommend Weight Watchers. If you have any other questions, let me know, otherwise, best of luck!!!

I gained too much weight with my pregnancy, too. Breastfeeding helped me lose a lot of it. Plus, I would wake up early with my husband, and after he went to work I would go to a local mall and walk. Most malls open early for walkers. It's nice because you don't have to worry about having the baby outside in bad weather, and the baby likes looking at the lights and colors as you push them around in a stroller.

My flat belly is due to mummy magic tea. I was 134 lbs before getting pregnant and during last days my weight increased up to 173 pounds. After giving birth to my LO, I was reduced to 161 pounds but this was bothering me. I continued exercising and drinking this tea and now after one month I am back to 135 pounds.

Weight Watchers has helped me in the past. I've lost up to 10 lbs the two times I've tried it but became pregnant again and had to stop the program. My mom lost 60 lbs doing Weight Watchers. A friend of mine is doing LA Weightloss right now trying to loose baby weight and is doing great. It is her 2nd time using LA Weightloss and she loves it. Her results are amazing. Best of Luck to you!

I would highly recommend the Weight Watchers Online Flex Plan. I've lost 20 pounds in the past and am back on it again right now. The nice thing is that you can eat the same foods you are used to eating but the points help keep your portions moderate. You can also use activity points to swap for food points. Good Luck!!
