I have been very happy with Main Street Vets -- they are off 1171 right past Walgreens. I think the address is Kirkland. There are 2 lady vets, always follow up to see how are dogs are doing when sick.

Dr. Laura Lason of House Paws is a vet that will come to your house for shots and illness. Of course, she doesn't do surgery. She's great and it is so convenient if packing the kids and animals in the car is not your idea of fun. Her prices are reasonable and either a few dollars cheaper than an office visit or the same depending on where you go.

I forget the name of the clinic, but the vet is Dr. Nugent. The office is at Bell Aire and Edmonds in Lewisville. We loved them! We use a different vet now that we're in Denton, but we spent a while making the drive every year until we found a local office we like.
