Buy the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility". It helped us and has helped friends as well.

Good luck!

I highly recommend the book "Taking Charge of your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. There is actually a web community based around the book that is a good source of support. http://www.tcoyf.com.

I am sorry about your loss and wish that I had some great words of wisdom for you in that regard. Having had 5 miscarriages myself I understand the emotions that you now feel regarding conceiving again. I can tell you though it is possible as I have 4 beautiful children. Many offices will want you to wait until you are between 10 and 12 weeks for your first prenatal appointment and I say don't wait. Insist that you come in asap per your medical history.

Greetings - you might try finding a reflexologist in your area, do an internal cleanse. Reflexology can help your body work more efficiently - I've actually worked with 2 women who couldn't conceive, we did reflexology, one of them began taking certain vitamins to help balance the hormonal system. One had a major cleanse (a VERY heavy period, with lots of membranes), and they both became pregnant within 2-3 months. If you're into the energy of things, you may try working with Meridian Tapping (formerly called EFT -Emotional Freedom Technique) to open up your energy.

I agree with all of the posts for "Taking Charge of your Fertility" - great book!

Also, this book was helpful to me after ttc following a miscarriage (from the emotional side):

Pregnancy After a Loss: A Guide to Pregnancy After a Miscarriage, Stillbirth, or Infant Death [Paperback]
