1/2 cup Picante sauce
1, 2 1/4 ounce can sliced black olives, drained

Place one tortilla on a plate; spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture onto the tortilla. Fold sides of tortilla in, fold bottom of tortilla up, and roll to opposite end. Cut into ½ -inch slices and place pinwheels on a festive serving platter. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve immediately or cover and chill until serving time.

The easiest thing is cream cheese and picante sauce. I use Pace as my preference. You can two different ones, mild and hot so people have a choice.
Another idea is ham rolls. Get some thicker sliced ham and do cream cheese with jalepeno relish or cream chees with green onions.
Good Luck!

you might want to heat them for a few seconds, cause when you start to roll them they tend to break. smear cream cheese on them and then put thin slice ham or turkey. Roll em up and cut em!!!! Can you tell IM From Texas????

i use the large flour tortillas but you can use the herb or flavored kind too....i take cream cheese (softened) & mix in whatever you want. like ham (lunch meat ham cut into small peices & mixed into cream cheese) & sliced black olives. or diced tomato & chicken...really you can use whatever you want just dice it small & mix in with the softened cream cheese, & spread over tortilla thinly...you want to cover the edges so they stay rolled but dont put too much in the middle bc when you roll it up it will smush out the edge, & the slice with sharp knife.
good luck i hope this helped!

Here is one from the Pampered Chef - you can really use whatever ingredients sound good to you though!
Ingredients:
1 container (8 ounces) light cream cheese spread
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
11/2 cups thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
6 (8-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas
8 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, mustard and honey in Small Batter Bowl; mix well using Small Mix 'N Scraper®. Slice lettuce and dice tomato and bell pepper using Chef's Knife.
2. Using Medium Scoop, top each tortilla with a level scoop of cream cheese mixture; spread to within 1/4 inch of edge using Small Spreader. Cover with 1/4 cup lettuce, pressing lightly. Place two ham slices over lettuce. Grate 2 tablespoons cheese over ham using Deluxe Cheese Grater. Top evenly with tomato, bell pepper and bacon.
3. Roll up each tortilla tightly. To serve, cut each wrap diagonally in half with Serrated Bread Knife.
Yield: 6 servings or 24 sample servings
