This Might Be a Dumb Question, but Here Goes Anyway

So I haven't been on this site for too long and get confused sometimes by the abbreviations used. Can anyone help me with these? Some of the ones that I know are MIL, FIL, SO and others. I guess I just have a hard time understand some posts sometimes because I don't know all the abbreviations. I have looked around the site and don't see anything about them.

Thanks for any help you may be able to give!

I know some of them but others I am still in the dark on, so here it goes:

MIL - Mother in Law
FIL - Father in Law
BIL - Brother in Law
SIL - Sister in Law
DS - Dear Son
DD - Dear Daughter
DH - Dear Husband

Those are the only ones I got stuck on at first. I can't think of any others. I have noticed a lot of medical abbreviations as well but on those I have been able to look up pretty easily. Enjoy!
