I'm looking for a consistent and challenging class that provides childcare while I get my workout on. :-) Any advice would be appreciated.
My friend works at the Gold's Gym off of NW Highway and the Tollway. They have child care and it is a brand new facility. Not sure what part of town you are in.
The Recreation and Acquatic Center in Coppell provides childcare right next to the room that offers classes and a full-state of the art gym. Not sure if this is local for you, but I use it regularly and trust the girls with my son all the time. If for some reasons you child is not doing well, and cries, they will even come get you and alert you accordingly.

I am a member of the Tom Landry Fitness Centre on Washington Ave in Dallas. They provide childcare.... and a number of different classes. You need to book in advance to make sure there is availability, but usually it is not a problem.
I am a single mom so I needed childcare too. I use Lady of America, they have classes & child care.
