I would only use wendy Lipsky if you want to have a nasty fight because she brings up lies where as it cost you lots of additional fees. If you want someone unethical use her otherwise contact the Bar association. Do it as peacefully as you can.

I am going through something similar; I've decided I need to get out of this relationship. I called the Suffolk County Bar Association, told them I live in Huntington and what type of lawyer I was looking for, and they gave me the number of an attorney.
