As far as retaining an attorney to draft a will I would recommend Mike Crow in Leavenworth. He was the president of the Kansas Bar Association a couple years ago, and he is very knowledgeable. Pretty much any attorney can set up a standard will. They are pretty basic and there's not a lot of difference in the set up. My husband's company actually paid for an attorney for us to get ours done which was nice - you just have to update occassionally when certain laws change!
