I live in plymouth and I am looking for a kind and gentle pediatric dentist. I have been to pediatric dentistry in west health in plymouth and had a bad experience. So I want someone really kind, gentle and patient with children (who really knows pediatric dentistry).

Thanks

Dr. Rachel Major at ADT dental in Uptown.

It is a super easy locaton to get to and she is the kindest most gentle dentist I have ever been to. She has children of her own and knows how to be with kids. The office isn't geared towards kids but there are kids things there.

Good Luck!!

We've been going to Camp Smile (I'm assuming the dentist you are referring to) for 4 years and have not had anything but absolutely wonderful experiences. My son has special needs and last time he absolutely would not cooperate - I think he might has actually bite Dr. Dan. They were wonderful and understanding.

This just goes to show you that everyone (even businesses, and, I presume - you) can have a bad day or make mistakes, whatever. This is why I always take consumer product ratings with a grain of salt. For every one person who has an issue, there may be hundreds or more who have good things to say.

I saw someone recommended the dentists in Wayzata. That is where we went before we moved and they were fine too. They are on the corner of 394 (turns into 12) and Central (turns into 101).

We go to Dr. Dave Elgethun at Dentistry for Children and Adolescents in Edina, right by Southdale. We travel about 25 minutes to see him, he is so wonderful. We had some bad experiences before we found him, so I know what that's like! He always greets my children and tells them how glad he is to see them, he is just kind and gentle.
