Play Group/Mom's Group in Coppell Area

Hi A., I'm involved with a small informal playgroup here in Coppell, although we have a few people who live in Flower Mound and Lantana. We meet almost every Tuesday usually rotating houses for about 1-2 hours. We've done some trips to the Fort Worth Zoo and the pumpkin patch at Halloween. Most of the kids are between 6months - 1yr. The group will be meeting tomorrow at my house in Coppell if your interested in stopping by let me know.

Hi, A.! J. again, I emailed last week after your request for info on sign classes. I am a WAHM and my 13-mo daughter and I love to go to the park (I wonder if you also live near Andy Brown East?). If you find info on a playgroup, or if you decide to start one, please keep my email handy as I'd love for Janey to be able to spend time around more kiddos (she's not in daycare). I also know of another mom who may be interested (and she may respond to you, I don't know if she joined mamasource or not).

Hi A.. I would be interested in joining with my daughter, Olivia who is 15 months old. My nanny would likely be the one to be part of the playgroup as I work. She is great, 34 and loves kids. I live in Flower Mound but it is not that far from Coppell. I have attempted to get in touch with the FM group but they have not been responsive. I'm in the Valley Ranch area and would also love to participate in a play group. I'm a first time mom with a 5 month old baby boy named Aaron. I hope to start baby sign classes when he is 6-8 months old. Are you attending the Kindermusik class or Gymboree (or somewhere else)? I'd be interested in your input on how well you like the class, especially given your background in speech pathology. Please let me know if there are others interested in a play group in the area. I'd love to join a play group with my 12-month old son, Leo. We live in Coppell, and I'm a stay-at-home mom at the moment too. Did you go to the Tuesday group? Did you find out what time it was - it wasn't mentioned in the message. I'm booked Tuesday and Thursday mornings up till about 11, but otherwise any time any day would be fine. I recently moved to the Keller area, and have found this website very helpful in finding playgroups / mommy groups - http://moms.meetup.com/975/ If you can't pull this up - just go to www.meetup.com and enter in Coppell Mom in the search box and you will see a mom's group for the Lewisville area.
