We've asked this and had 0 response. I have a friend who is looking for an ob that will deliver at St Anthony's or St Joesph's Hospital that will take Medicaid. She had high blood pressure on another pregnancy and is looking for someone who could take care of her with that if it would come again. Anyone out there nice enough to help?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I've been mailing these comments to my friend. She is going to go through them over the next day and start calling them on Wednesday. Thank you for all the help. She wanted to get referrals from others that have used them not some book or website saying they are doctors. It's hard to find someone that you trust and it's nice to get others positive experiences to help with the decision process.

I have a great OB who delivers at both hospitals (and others, like MO Baptist, which I love!) His name is Dr William Pearson. He has an office in Kirkwood and one in Fenton. His Fenton office # is ###-###-####. He delivered my 18 month old c-cection (which I opted for after complications with my first child) and I love him. My best friend now goes to him and she loves him too. I think he is in his upper 50's or lower 60's so he has been practicing for a while. Plus him and his wife have 5 kids, so he knows what he is talking about! I also believe he takes Medicaid. Give him a try and see what you think. Hope this helps, good luck!

i really, really like my ob. Her name is Dr. Bhalani and she is in Arnold (off Richardson by the Urgent Care) and also has an office in Fenton. The number is: ###-###-####. I am 21wks, and a high risk pregnancy, and she has been wonderful. She delivers at St. Anthony's and St. John's. There is another OB at the office, Dr. Caanas-Polesel, and she is really good too. I don't know for sure if they take Medicaid, but I would be suprised if they didn't. The office staff is wonderful. I am still pretty new w/ this doc (my OB passed away, and left me looking for another OB)....but I have been SOOOOOOOO happy. I recommend her to everyone.

Try Dr. Lakashimi Dundoo. I don't know if I spelled her first name right but you can look her up by her last name. She is my OBGYN at St. Anthony's.

She is awesome.
