Need a Church in Arlington, Grand Prairie, or HEB

I am looking for a multi-ethnic church in the Arlington/GP area. I would consider the HEB or NRH area as well. I prefer non-denominational, but would visit those that weren't, as long as people weren't afraid to be a little "charismatic" or show a little emotion. I also need a great children's ministry w/a staffed nursey during service time. Thanks moms!

Thank you for all that responded. I was getting a bit weary, but I'm glad to see that I actually have some more options. Thanks again!

A wonderful church that my family has been a part of for many years is Crossroads Christian Church off of 360 in Grand Prairie/South Arlington area. It is a wonderful church that has everything that you are looking for and more. Both of my kids are in the children's programs at the church and my 4 year old can't wait to go to church on Sunday! It is a non-denominational church who loves the Lord. Check out the website for more information on Crossroads and feel free to come check us out on Sunday morning we have a 8:45, 10:00, 11:15 services.

A., I can highly recommend Fielder Road Baptist Church. We have a great children ministry. There is a well staffed nursery during both services. First service is at 9:30am and the second is at 11:00am. We are at the corner of Fielder Road and Pioneer Pkwy in Arlington. E-mail me and I would be glad to meet you and show you around this Sunday. The first service is more traditional and the second is more relaxed. I think you would have a hard time finding a difference between us and a non-denominational church. God bless you as you look for a church home.

We have recently moved into our new building and our Sr. Pastor is a great visionary. I live in Arlington and it is located off of 820. Our have two worship services at 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.We also have Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. Check out our website at www.gstop.org.

We go to Harvest church in Watauga. It is a non-denominational church that has the greatest children's ministry. There is child care for kids from infant to 5th grade. The children's minister is great and our kids just can't wait to get to church. They ask us all week when are we going to Harvest. They just can't wait to get there so that they can be with their friends and learn about the Lord.

Hi A.,
Sounds like you got a lot of great suggestions, but I would also like to offer my church, Heartland. It is in Irving on Beltline between 114 and 161. We live in South Arlington and feel that it is very worth the 25 minutes it takes to get there. I work in the children's area, and it is great! Our Pastor loves God and people. It is a place where you can come spend some time with the Lord. Hope to see ya there.

Crossroads on 360, south of I-20 is totally worth a visit! We used to attend High Point, but felt that it was not a good fit for us.

Sunday morning Sunday School begins at 9:00am, worship at 10:30 with a children's church across the street. We have weekday programs as well and a Mother's Day out and Pre-K, MOPS and Tate TOTs, full staff of about 6 men and our children's director is awesome. Pastor Bart McDonald has been with us about 7 years and we cut the ribbon on our new Education building across the street on NOv. 22. It is ibout 1/2 mile north of I-20 and Green Oaks.

Hello:). We have a brand new Children's minister at Legacy Church of Christ in North Richland Hills. The children's ministry has been awesome and this lady seems extra special and I know she'll make for an even better program. We have two staffed nurseries during service: one is for infants and crawlers and the other is for those walking to age 3. At three there is a Wiggler's Worship, which is like a children's church, until age four. I am actually the coordinator of the toddler nursery (walker's) that your little one would be in if you came to visit us:). If you decide to drop by, please message me so that I can look for you and say hello!

You MUST visit Frontline Church on I20. Going west on 20 from Cooper, Exit Kelly Elliott and look on your right. You turn into the parking lot right after a neighborhood, so be looking for the entrance. It is a fabulous church, and you will love Pastor Bob and Candace Moya.

Hi A. P! We go to church at New Bethel Assembly. The church is located on Collins Street, near the corner of Sublett Rd. They are a wonderful church and there is definetly no lack of emotion in this church! The praise and worship is wonderful, the Pastor is an exellent teacher and makes it fun too. The childrens ministery is wonderful and so is the nursery. They offer 2 morning services. Sunday school is offered on Sunday evenings at 5 pm. We love the early service becasue you are out of church early and get home and make lunch or beat others to the restraunts! It is not a small church, but it is definetly not a large church either. It is small enough to know everybody and have close friends and be friends with the pastor and his wife if you want. I hope you find the right "Home" for you and you end up where God wants you to be! Blessings!
