Looking for Prenatal Exercise Classes

Does anyone know of any good prenatal yoga or pilates (or whatever) classes in the Tarzana area?
Thanks,
K.

What can I do next?

Hi K.

I took prenatal yoga at Black Dog Yoga for about 12 weeks (more? I don't remember), which is at Van Nuys & moorpark. Very quick from 101 exit. If you're interested, I still have classes paid for that I will sell you at a reduced rate. (it's cheaper to but a bundle, say 10 classes. expensive to pay class by class) I didn't love the instructor but my body felt good and being with the group of women all at different stages of pregnancy was sweet. email me for more info.

Hi there! I am also expecting in August! COngrats fellow mama! My husband recently took me to a WONDERFUL store in Encino called A Mothers Haven. Besides having some great things to buy, they also gave me some brochures on a bunch of prenatal yoga and pilates classes. They also have a TON of other classes like baby first aid and a bunch of others I can't think of. I tried to find them to give you more info but cannot find them at the moment. Their number should be in the phone book and I'm sure they have a website as well. A Mothers Haven is the name of the store. It's along Ventura Blvd. super easy to find. Good luck!

Not in Tarzana, but Inner Power Yoga in Calabasas.

Hi K. - Angel City in Studio City is the closest one I know of. Good luck and stay cool in July. (I had a late July baby).

K.,
There is a wonderful Prenatal Yoga class at The Absolute http://www.theabsoluteyoga.com/ De Soto Exit on 101.
Victoria is the instructor. I did the class before I had my boy, and also did Mommy and Me after I had him.
