Seeking Prenatal Yoga and Belly Dance Classes in Carlsbad/encinitas/san Marcos
I'm trying to find prenatal yoga and belly dance classes and I'm not finding much from google. YMCA only offers one class I can't attend and I'm not fond of driving all the way to babies in bloom so often. I know some are not listed so just wondering if anyone can advise of these classes in my area. Thank you!

This may be a bit far south for you, but there are prenatal and belly dance classes at Affirmations Yoga studio in Poway. www.affirmationsyoga.com

Also, try Fit for Baby at Tri-City Wellness. It is a great prenatal exercise and pilates class. Marianne is the instructor and fabulous!! Tell her D. referred you over.

It might be far for you, but I teach prenatal yoga at The Training Club in Carmel Valley, right at the 56 and 5. All trimesters are welcome, and you do not have to be a member of the gym. I am a doula and certified in prenatal yoga. You can find my info at namastedawn.com
