I am looking for a daycare near Lino Lakes. I would prefer a home daycare. It would be for 3 days a week starting in September.

My name is D., and I have a one year old son (born 2.14.05). I'm planning on opening a very small, intimate home daycare in June. We live in a nice, new big home in Circle Pines - right off of 35W, fairly convenient to your request. I'm only planning on taking in 2 or 3 children and will be quite reasonable. I have my master's degree and plan on incorporating an education program in accordance with the age groups. Please let me know if you are interested.

Thank you!

T.,

Hi, my name is K.. I left my last job in December and have been a stay at home mom since then. I am beginning the daycare liscensing process which should be wrapped up before September. My husband and I have a daughter in first grade and are hoping to have a second child by spring '07. We live a block south of the Lino Lakes border in Shoreview. I plan to have no more than 5 children to care for at a given time including my own. I am open to a part-time schedule. Before having my daughter I was a nanny for 2 years and worked for the Bloomington school district school aged care program.

Please feel free to e-mail me at ____@____.com or call me at ###-###-####.

Thanks,
K.

Hi T.,
I am a licensed daycare provider, and run a small home daycare.. no more than 6 children.. and all the children are part-time. I do have an infant opening, but we are located in White Bear Lake... so about 15 minutes south of Lino Lakes. Not sure if that is too far..
If you would like more info, please email me. Thanks!

I was a stay at home mom when my daughter was young (she's now 11). I tried the in home daycare and my personal opinion is I don't care for them. The reason..... I also have a 5 year old son. I had to put him in childcare when he was a year so I could work. I found a learning center, (daycare) for him. I was very nervous and sad, but it was the best thing for all of us! Room For Growing is a learning center and they pride themselves on low turn arounds, being a family oriented place. The staff members are like a second family for us and I don't know what I would have done without them. My son has made friends and is now ready for kindergarten next year. They are resonable and experienced, and very caring. If you wish to know more, you can contact me.
