I have had good luck at Mitsu Sato. ###-###-####. It is on Metcalf by 91st st. The prices are very reasonable and the stylists are very nice. Good luck!
check craigs list. sometimes great clips has free ones for their students that are getting ready to graduate. They ususally have a free hair cut day once a month or every few months.
Great clips or maybe Super cuts (I don't remember which) in Raytown has free cuts through one of the schools on like the 3rd Thursday of the month. I looked on craigslist because they usually advertise it on there but couldn't find it. They might not have done it in Aug since school was out. If you watch under free stuff on craigslist, you will see them post it though. I also have a friend that does hair and she only charges $12 for a hair cut. She is also in Raytown. If you want more info about her, send my a message.
Not sure where you are located, but the Cutting Edge Hairstyling Academy is cheap, and they usually do a pretty good job (you take your chances though!) They are located at Quivira and 75th in Shawnee.
Just look in the phone book for any hair school and you can get a cheap cut.
