Yes I do have a good tip for you. A high grade carpet tile and floor cleaner like Spot Out and A Black and Decker Scum Buster. Every woman should invest in one of these. I use it for everything. Get the model with the cleaning dispenser in the handle. It really does work. Folex or Simple green work pretty good too, but it is the Scum Buster that saves the day!

Hi L.. there is a product called Heavy Duty Tile and Grout cleaner. Its made by Tile Lab. Im not to sure if home depot carries it. I used to work at Arizona Tile and they used to have it, they still might. You should call around to find it, It works soo good. Whatever you do , do not use vinager. So many people say to use vinager and it might work , but it will tear up you grout and then you will have to rip it out and replace it. Big pain and lots of money.

Hi L.,

Magic eraser works great for the bad grout spots. It takes some grunt work but it will last for a while before you have to do it again.

Hi L.. I'm sorry to say that I don't have a solution for grout cleaner, except that I like to use the products Seventh Generation which are kid and environmentally friendly (and not that much more $). I was reading a little about you, and it sounds like you would like an opportunity to stay at home with your girls (and maybe another little one too!). My husband works and I work independently from home and take care of our little boy (14 months). If you are interested, or know of anyone who may be looking to earn some extra income, please let me know! Good luck with the Grout!!

This tip comes from a little daily email I get called "Everyday Cheapskate":

GROUT CLEANER. To clean grout, I pour a little baking soda on the grout line, add enough hydrogen peroxide to make a thin paste, scrub a few times with an old toothbrush and wipe clean. It’s cheap and much more effective than commercial grout cleaners. Be sure to test in a small area first.

Hello!

The home or the department stores sell a grout brush. Between that and a paste of baking soda with warm water, I got our grout pretty clean. The kitchen was pretty bad, but it worked well. If your tiled area is not too big, it is probably something you can do in a few sessions over a few days if you do not want to do it all at once.

Have fun ;)

You should be able to go to any flooring store and get a bottle of grout cleaner.............. In fact there is a store on 725 E. Baseline in Gilbert called The Floor Store that should carry it.............. As the wife of a flooring installer that would probably be the best way to clean it without damaging it.............

I used the Mr. Clean magic eraser on my mom's grout - and it brought her grout back to original color (it's a VERY light gray - almost white). It does take elbow grease, though.
