Hi....question about end of season gift. We are getting the main coach of our daughter's soccer team a gift card. The question, I have is, he had an assistant and I was wondering, what is an appropriate gift for the assistant? He was at some practices and some games. He did fill in one practice and one game. I have about 100.00 to play with. Should the head coach get 75.00 and the assistant get 25.00? Thank you.

I think the $75/$25 split you stated sounds fair.
We usually get the coach $50-60 and the assistant coaches $20 each. Team mom gets a $20 gift usually too. If you don't have a team mom, I would do 75/25 based on what you have. If you do have a team mom, do 60/20/20.
