My sweet SIL is getting married in about four weeks. She has been all over the place in terms of what "the boys" are going to wear. Last I heard was black shorts, white shirt - cool got that:). she called today and wants my 7 and 4 yo to wear white linen pants like the men with a black shirt.
Went to my favorite search engine and couldn't find anything for the boys less than $45 a pop. I found my hubby some nice ones at JCP at 50% off.
any help here ladies?? Links? Shopping suggestions. With school uniforms out now, I am going to have one heck of a time finding these for my kiddos;(

It is a "beach meets backyard/formal" I guess;) Yes, I love her and my sweet family. The ETSY is a bit too unstructured and not large enough for my 7 yo who is in a size 8 (tall kid).
Do you sew? You could make them. OR, if you are like me, have them made! It will probably be cheaper than buying.
Try Strasburg, they specalize in special occasion childrens wear and usually have stuff on sale. www.strasburgchildren.com. I know at one point I saw some linen clothes in their store in San Marcos. I have gotten tons of outfits for my son there when he was an infant and the quality is great but it can be a bit pricey. Maybe even Janie and Jack, or Heartstrings.
i've gotten some at the Children's place and at Old Navy...may check on line....the JCrew kids store may too...not sure they have super small ones thought...

Children's Place usually has stuff like this around Easter time. I know it isn't Easter (and you need them sooner than that), but they may have some on clearance. Good luck...I HATE white pants!
I have no suggestions other than what is this, Mafia style? White pants and black shirts? Ick! You are so nice for going along with this, it sounds like an awful look for both boys and men.
