TOES? At the pool a few days ago a small group of woman were talking about their shaved toes. So I went out with a large group of friends later that evening & low & behold I noticed a couple of shaved toes. I didn't ask & not sure I could ever ask. I never heard of this but apparently woman do this. So do you?
I think if you have hairy toes, you do. If you don't have hairy toes, you don't.
I don't but had a friend that did it regularly. I guess I would if I had to!

WHAT!? I have never even thought of that! No offense! But why would a person shave their toe's? Wouldn't you think the hair would come out longer and thicker? Sorry but I have never heard of this or done it! Now you got me looking at my toe's! I really don't see any hair on mine unless i'm blind? Intresting question though!-----Had to edit mine! didn't want to offend anyone! I never knew of this though and am reading through some of the responses! Now watch me get hair on my toe's! But If I did then I would do the waxing too!

I do, but only because in the summer time my husband makes fun of me & asks if I have Hobbit feet! I have, like 3 or 4 hairs on 3 out of the 5 toes on each foot, but they are not blonde so I just take care of them whenever I think about it.

Yes, I do. I shave my toes and the tops of my feet every time I shave my legs. I have very dark hair and I think it is unattractive to have long dark hair on my feet. It looks manly to me.

Lol! I do. It's just the big toes because they are the only ones with hair on the "tuckles" (toe knuckles). So funny you asked because just last night I was wondering if I'm the only one and think I may start waxing instead of shaving.
Big toes and her immediate neighbors about one a month is needed. Feel best with everything else done everyday.

If I don't want to have gorilla toes, then I definitely have to shave them. The tops of my feet too. Sometimes if I'm feeling extra motivated, I'll use Nair on them.
Yep, tops of toes and the tops of my feet, when I think about it. I have natural red hair, but the hair on the tops of my feet/toes are blonde, but they get LONG, and they bug me, so I use a little nose hair trimmer to shave it ;)
if and when I shave my legs... I do my toes too. This occurs maybe every 3 months tho LOL My poor poor husband has a hippy-ish wife!

A friend of mine does that but I have another who swears by waxing them instead.. this way, the hair eventually thins and in some cases (hers) can barely be seen.. I would go the waxing route (you can do that at home) instead of shaving..
Guilty! I am a Toe Shaver :) I remember looking at my moms toes when I was yunger...and they were OUT OF CONTROL...I said I will never let my toes get to that point! lol

Well i dont shave them, but i get light brown hairs on my big toes and im obsessed with foot care (i live in a flip flop/open toe kind of city) When i give myself a mani-pedi i take the nail file to the light sandy "buffing" side and sand the hairs right off. it doesnt hurt and their so fair they come off easily.
I really dont like hair anywhere but my head and eyebrows....and minimal on the "lady hedge", lol

Yes, but just my big toes. I have 3-4 hairs that get long and if wearing sandles or opentoe shoes I shave my toes... of course if I forget no biggy, it dose not bug me like it does when I skip shaving my legs.
haha...yup! I just give 'em a swipe with the razor when I'm shaving my legs. Takes all of 0.8 seconds and I don't feel like a hobbit in flip-flops!

Heck no! I have noticed a few blonde hairs on my big toe, and I would like to keep it that way. My luck it would come back brown and stubblely! Nothing like seeing a bunch of stubble on someones toes! Yuck!

Yep! I usually have to shave my big toe and second to last toe.

Yes. My big toes. This questions reminds me of my parents' neighbor. I was friends with her daughter and she was over to lunch one day and just randomly told us all to check out her mom's toes because they were super hairy. So, being children, of course we did check out her toes and commented on their hairiness (poor Joyce, I am sure we embarrassed her). She started shaving or waxing them after that.
I get a little toe hair, so every few weeks I just shave them. Only takes 30 seconds total, and it grows slow for me, and very light, but sometimes I look and see a little and think to myself, "I don't want hair on my toes". :)

Nope, because i no longer have hair on my toes. I remember having hair on the big toe in my teens and 20's but now in my 50's there is no hair. But even when I had those few strands of hair on my toes I never really thought about it.
Unless you have unusually thick dark hair on your toes I wouldn't do it. That hair will come back thicker and worse once you shave and then you'll HAVE to do it all the time. It may even itch as it grows back.
Yes I do when they get long... if not the hairs would be like 2-3 in long. Not that it really ever bothered anyone, but when you pain them and the hairs are that long the paint sometimes gets on the hairs.

I Nair my toes because when I shaved them in the past they looked like they had stubble on them lol. With the Nair the hair grows back fine too.
