I am not sure, but I don't think you should be testing your brother's kids without the parents' consent. This is really not your place to do. Just my opinion, I am sure there is much more to your story but still, if he is not willing to have it done it is not your place to do so. Also, if he is married to the mother, he is still LEGALLY the father regardless of what the DNA says. So, what is the point of interfering? I recommend you talk to him and don't do anything behind his back that he is not aware of.

Good luck to the children involved, whatever you decide.

First of all J., if your brother isn't looking for trouble why are you? Mind your bussiness, maybe your brother loves this child as much as you love yours and is willing to claim this child as his! IF NOT>>>There is Dr.s offices that will do that for you just call around, the test costsabout 600$ and takes about 4 wks. to get results but both father and child will have to be present!!

well it all depends what your getting the test for... I got a DNA test done through the Att Gen office when I filled child support on my daughters father. another place you can look is DNA.com they can give you info also. In additon, if you go online and just punch in DNA testing in houst on they will give you places you can go to get it done. Just an FYI the mother of the child more than likely has to be tested also. Please let me know if you need anymore information im sure i can help

If your brother is married to her then he is the legal father in the eyes of the courts. If hes not then what he needs to to is go to the att generals and ask for one, if the mother of the kids have filed with them he can ask for one as well. If your going to obtain the information needed for your brother make sure it is what your brother wants because it can cause alot of drama for you and him if its not.

Best of luck to all of you.

We just had a dna test for my nephew and his could had been child. The results were back in three working days after the samples were collected. They used the swab method and it was only $395 and yes the child and your brother can go on different days if you can't them to go together.
I highly recommend you to use Houston Medical Testing ph# ###-###-####. Not sure where you're located but they have several offices.

Good Luck
