Dentist Recommendations for Arlington Heights
Hi I am currently taking my two daughters to my childhood dentist that is a bit of a drive for us. Looking for any dentist recommendations for the Arlington Heights area. Would like a practice geared for younger kids. Thanks.

Hi K.,
I have been taking my sons to see
Dr. Natalie Mariani for several years.
She is right by the Mt. Prospect/Arlington Heights
border on Central.
The practice is totally geared to kids. She does
an excellent job with the boys and is great at
explaining everything to them.
There are also two other women dentists in the practice.
Hope this helps.

I am so happy with our family dentist. Her name is Dr. Katherine Klock. She is located at 1300 E. Central Rd. in Arlington Heights. Her number is ###-###-####. Her receptionist, Kathy, her assistant, Jan, and her dental hygentist, Cindy, are so nice, too. You really feel welcomed in her office. Dr. Klock has been wonderful with us. One evening, I had emergency tooth issue and she stayed there and waited until I could leave work. She started seeing my twins, when they were 3 years old. We've thankfully have only had to do check ups for them so far. She speaks to kids in a a sweet, caring way and takes her time explaining what she is doing in their mouth. She will let them go in the treasure chest and take a couple of prizes. She will get a stuffed animal and a large (fun) toothbrush and brush the animal's teeth. The kids take a picture, after the check up, and it is displayed on her wall. I don't know the exact ages of her kids, but she has two kids herself that are under 10.
In general, I'm kinda of picky with things. So I have to feel completely satisfied to recommend someone or something, and with that in mind, I highly recommend you give Dr. Klock a try.

Hi K.- We also see Dr. Ursitti-All About Kids Dentistry. She is wonderful. My two kids have totally different personalities and her staff treats them in their own special way! TV in the reception room and also in the rooms where the kids get their teeth worked on. This is a pediatric dentist ONLY so you know she is up to date with the latest on what's out there for kids. I would totally recommend her. Susan

We really like the pediatric dentist we go to in A.H. "All About Kids Dentistry" a female dentist Dr. Urisiti- and right next door is our Adult dentist who I LOVE!!!! Dr. Dan Chapek at "Arlington Adult Dentistry". If you know where the Target is on Rand/Thomas, they are just a bit farther Southeast on Rand in the Village Bank, 2nd floor. We moved here almost 2 years ago and found them to be great.

I live in Arlington Heights and take my 4 1/2 year old daughter to Dr. Fred Margolis with Pediatric Dental Associates. They are located in Buffalo Grove basically at Lake Cook Road and Arlington Heights Rd. I have been very happy with him so far. They are definitely geared towards younger kids - little chairs, fun waiting room and the dentist talks like Grover from Sesame Street. She was very afraid of going to the dentist for the first time but has been fine since we started going to Dr. Margolis. Hope this is helpful!

Hi K.
My husband and I just moved from the Arlington Heights area, and we LOVED our dentist there - Dr. Francheska Theodosis. She is a part of Arlington Grove Dental. It is a practice more for adults, however, Dr. Theodosis has 2 small children of our own, and when I had concerns about my 2 year old, she was more than happy to give him a check up. She has a fantastic personality, she understands kids and moms busy schedules (being one herself), and she is just fun. I haven't been to the dentist since we moved ... mostly because I loved going to her so much and I am terrified of going to the dentist. The dental assistants are all really great too.
I hope this helps.
