I used JCPenney as well and they were very reasonable. They come to your home, bring tons of samples and walk you through the process step by step. Also, I gave them a budget and she was very good at only showing me what was in my budget and didn't try to upsell. I believe I worked with a Mary out of the Frisco location. When we added up what it would of cost for us to buy the drapes and rods and then pay an installer, it would of cost the same, if not more than having JCPenney do it. Also, with the custom drapes, installation comes with the price.

I have used JC Penney's for three houses and love them. They are very reasonable and have a sale most of the time. They will even come out to your house and help you with the fabric, color and design. You cannot go wrong with them
