Curious George Birthday Party for 2 Year Old Girl?

Hi Moms,

My almost 2 year old daughter LOVES the Curious George show. I'm thinking about using that as the theme for her 2nd birthday party, but everything I've seen with Curious George seems to be geared for boys. Any suggestions on how to make it more girly?

What can I do next?

I had a Curious George at the circus theme for my daughter's 1st birthday. I still have a lot of the stuff if you are interested. Here are some pictures that made it to coolestbirthdaycakes.com if you are interested. http://www.coolest-birthday-cakes.com/curious-george.html#c5 Shoot me an email and I will give you more info if you would like

Curious george is always fun. I would definetly do it for my little girl and make it more girly by adding pink tablecloths. And do pink and brown ballons. Wherever there is something brown try to add alittle pink. Good luck!!

We just had a Curious George birthday party for my 2-year old daughter last weekend. We really only had the paper products and decorations that were officially Curious George. We rented a bounce house, which was a huge hit. And I made cupcakes. We were able to find the sugar, edible monkey faces, not offically George, but close enough from the Cake Carousel off of Central just north of Arapahoe. I also found some pdf files of color pages and games to occupy the kids on the pbs website.

Good luck...

We're planning on a Curious George party for our daughters 2nd birthday this fall. She adores the monkey! I am not worried about the decorations being not girly enough or whatever, but you could cut out flowers of red & yellow to hang from the ceiling or put on the walls or whatever.
