Yes.

My mom and dad both were fixed. Seven years after having me...They found out at the age of 44, they were expecting number three.

Again, BOTH were fixed. So anything is possible honestly.

Yep, the tubes can come untied. Nothing is 100%. If missing periods and this heavy flow with clots is abnormal for you, go see your gynecologist and get checked out.

you sure can. a friend of mine got pregnant twice this year and miscarried both times. the second time it was actually an eptopic pregnancy and she had to have surgery. she had hers tied about 6 years ago. I have even heard of a few women getting pregnant after their tubes were tied and their hubbies had vasectomies. If God wants you pregnant then you'll get pregnant.

Report it to your ob since you missed a cycle before the flood. My personal experience after a tubal was that my cycle was a lot heavier than normal one month and spotting the next month. I am 36 though and I could be going through early menopause or it could be because I have thyroid disease and that is a common symptom. My ob did tell me when I complained about the heavy cycle that she had heard a lot of patients complain of that after a tubal. It is possible to become pregnant with a tubal and your doctor should have told you that there is a very high chance of pregnancy in the first 3 months after a tubal (same as for a man having a vasectomy). I would go to the doctor regardless.

Planned Parenthood says 5 out of 1,000 may, but I'm not sure if that's a lifetime number, or yearly number. I would see your doctor. There are others things that can affect your periods besides pregnancy, and some are serious.

I have heard of women getting pregnant a couple of years after the surgery, but check with your OB/GYN. It could be something else and I would not wait too long to have it checked.

There are many reasons for this sort of pattern. I urge you to see your OB/GYN to find out the cause. It's unlikely that you've miscarried, especially twice in 4 months. You could have fibroid tumors or endometriosis. I've had both and caused this sort of periods.

It sounds to me like you're only ovulating from one side for some reason. Your body is gearing up for a period each month (adding tissue, etc.) but since you only ovulate every other month, you're only shedding that blood and tissue every other month after building for two months.

Shedding two months worth of tissue and blood would certainly make for a heavier period, more cramping, and more clotting.

Yes you can. It would be a tubal pregnancy. It can also be dangerous. See your doctor.

I dont if that is a miscarriage or not but it is a rare possibility to get pregnant after having your tubes tied. My good friend here at work is pregnant and she had her tubes tied 3 years ago.

Yes. I had a tubal after having my third child and seven years later, I was clotting. This was abnormal for me so I called my doc. He told me to take a pregnancy test. I thought nothing of it, but I did and it was positive. Found out later that both of my tubes had grown back and I had a tubal pregnancy. My doc did tell me that I was his first patient in 32 years whose body reversed the tubal on it's own. I had to start taking birth control again.

It could be (I think it's called) peri-menopause. They have found that women in their 30s are starting to show some signs of menopause starting. It's not full on menopause, but some of the early signs. That could be what's happening.

Have you thyroid tested too. If it is off, it can cause you to have irregular periods.

Depending upon how recently you bled, they may be able to detect pregnancy hormones in your system if you had been pregnant. The further along a mama is, the longer it takes for the HCG to get flushed out. Either way, if that is not a typical pattern for you, it's worth a trip to your OB/GYN. While it wouldn't be unheard of, you are probably too young for perimenopause to cause this.

its not normal and you need to go to the doc. and yes you can get pregnant. i had a tubal and was told it was like one in onehundred of a thousand or some blah blah blah number but yes it can happen. i hope your alright either way. best of luck. yes i think the doctor can tell you if you had been recently pregnant. you might also need to have some things cleaned out and scraped. idk i had a misscarriage before the lazer tubal and had a DNC. but i know others that were really early on in there pregnancy and did not have to have any procedure done.

Yes they can tell you if you had a miscarriage. And yes you can get pregnant after having your tubes tied. I had a boyfriend in high school who had a younger sister that was conceived after their mom had her tubes tied. The pregnancy doesn't always end up as a tubal/miscarriage either.
