Can Anyone Recommend a Really Good Natural Vitamin?

Hi Moms! I am looking for a really good, all natural daily vitamin for my 2 year old. I would like one that actually works in helping to reduce colds and keep her healthy and one that does not have artificial colors or sugar. (Like those gummies.) Can anyone help us find a great vitamin?

Good morning K.,

Nutrilite has the very best all natural vitamins. Nutrilite has been around for 75 years. It is the only global vitamin and mineral brand to grow, harvest, and process plants on their own certified organic farms. Nutrilite never use synthetic pesticides, and fertilizers.

I use the women's pack( muliti vitamin, cal mag D, hair, skin and nails and ocean essentials), and my 3 year old takes the MultiTarts and Nutrilite kids Brainiums DHA.

visit www.lwoods.qhealthbeauty.com for more information.

If you would like a sample of these vitamins give me a call or visit me September 13th at 1150 E. 56th street in Long
Beach for my GO GREEN open house. This is located at a church. Stop by and get a sample of the vitamins and get a FREE facial.

Take care

K., we just found an amazing liquid vitamin called Vemma Next. It is specifically formulated for kids and has a vegan source of DHA as well as all the vitamins and minerals that our kids need. Our daughter is almost three and has not been sick in the four months she has been on this! We get it through the site www.vemmabuff.com. I can not reccomend this product enough! It has given us a peace of mind like we have never had regarding our child's health! Let me know if you have any questions about it.

I like the "Animal Parade" brand, which is all natural and I get from my local natural food store or even on Amazon.
Or, try checking out Whole Foods to see what they have.

But, each child/person is different... what will work for one, won't for the other. ie: reducing colds. For keeping up the immune system... in addition to eating healthy of course... is ALSO making sure the child sleeps enough and naps. Sleep... for a child and adult, is "restorative" and helps the body & immune system to fight off infection/colds. When my daughter (who was a difficult sleeper), got good naps and sleep, she did not get sick. She gets sick when she is tired... like over-worked adults as well.
So that is what I recommend. Highly.
If you notice, many people tend to get sick, when they are tired or stressed or too busy to even rest.

All the best,
Susan

I really love the Children's Chewable Vitamins from Trader Joe's. They come in a bear shaped container. 100 tablets is around $3.00. They contain "no yeast, starch, artificial flavors or added preservatives". They are sweetened with fruit. 1 chewable contains 150% of the daily vitamin C recomendation for children under 4. I give these to both my 4 yr old and my 18 month old child and they both barely get sick. (knock on wood!!!)

If she already likes the gummies, Trader Joes and several other brands from healthfood stores has the no color/no sugar gummies. Well...they all have fruit in them, so fructose. So what they really mean is no processed or added sugar.

The best thing for reducing colds, of course = Healthy diet & sleep & handwashing. You don't actually want to go overboard on the handwashing. Because the best way to get a healthy immune system is to be exposed to a LOT of germs (yay for playing in the dirt!) as a young child.

Hello K.,
I am with Denise. My girls who are 2 & 4 love the nutrilte vitamins and I love the fact that they have been around a long time and were way ahead of the game by not ever using pesticides and doing organic! They are from fruits and vegetable which your body absorbs.
