hi i'm looking for a reasonably priced place that has great ballet classes for my daughter who will be 3yrs old in sept. she loves classical music and loves to dance. i would like for her to only be in ballet.does anyone know of a place in lewisville,flowermound or highland village? thanks!
Top Hat Dance Center in Lewisville is a geat place for your child to take ballet. I took there as a child, as well as jazz and tap. You can just take ballet though. They have been around forever (1974) and are wonderful! Go visit their web-site...http://www.tophatdance.com/index.html
Try your local recreation center. I live in the Carrollton area and 1 class a week for 8 weeks is only 50.00 that is beginner class to see if interest is there. Hope this helps
I've heard great things about A Time To Dance in Corinth. I'm pretty sure they start at 3yrs. For a "starter" class, you might also check your local parks and recreation department. The City of Denton offers intro ballet classes for ages 2-4 for just $25/month. It's a great way to see if your child will like it without a huge commitment of your time or money. I think it's also good preparation for when you move to "real" classes at a studio.

I don't know if The Colony is too far...but Ballet Plus has a great instuctor - Cindy - I don't know if she teaches elsewhere or not - may be worth checking into.
