Any Fun Idea's for a Cheap Anniversary Getaway?

Grand Haven, South Haven or any of the cities on Lake Michigan's coast are really nice. The bed and breakfast inns are beautiful and nothing compares to the sunset over the water. Very romantic.

My husband and I went to South Haven for 1st anniversary and stayed at the Yelton Manor Bed & Breakfast. http://www.yeltonmanor.com/
A little pricier (I think it was $130/night) but we thought it was worth it.

We had a wonderful time and will be returning for our 10 anniversary maybe sooner ;)

Katie-My husband and I have been going to a Bed & Breakfast(the same one) for the past 2 yrs for our anniversary and we absolutely love it. My husband I think was a bit sceptical at first so the first year we went just for one night and then last year we decided to stay 2 nights and it was great. I was bummed this year cause we didn't get to go but it was for a good reason we had our third child-a boy. He was our 10yr anniversary gift I had him the day after our anniversary. Anyways I can give you more info on the B&B that we go to-I promise it is worth the money. It's very reasonable too well under $200 I think we paid that for 2nights and it includes an awesome homemade breakfast. The owner of the B&B is so great too. Hope this helps and happy anniversary.

My husband and I did this for ours this year and it was fun!
We stayed a night at the Dearborn Inn you got dinner & breakfast credit champine (sp?) and chocolate covered strawberries. The next day we went to Greenfield Village for the day.
