Am I Pregnant?????

The same thing happened to me and I was very unsure myself. The line was so faint but there was definately a positive sign. I would say you are, but go to the doctor or test yourself again in a few days and it should read more clearly.

Yeah my pregnancy test had the faintest line .. I ended up taking another one and it was exactly the same and I sure was pregnant! I don't think there is such a thing of a false positive, but I could be wrong !!!! Good luck !

there are no flase postitive only fluse neveitive i should know i had 5 with the etst i took when i was pergant with my son so congrats and tell the daddy the good news and if you still arnt sure go to the doc and have them test you

Yes, it might be a little bit early but a positive sign is usually not a mistake.
I took a test early once (thinking i wasn't pregnant but making sure) and it was a very faint positive line. I called the company who made the test and they assured me that it was right. The slightest pregnancy hormone will be detected!

Just check with your obgyn (if that's who you use).

I got pregnant 2 years ago and the line was so light I took 4 more! I even bought the more expensive ones to be sure. If it is light it can still be positive. Take a test everyday if you want, but the out come probably won't change:) Good luck!

if you still have doubt the do have test now that say pregnant or not pergnant if they line is what is getting to you but it does sound like you are

I was at an appointment to talk about infertility since my husband and I had been trying so long without luck. While there they gave me a routine pregnancy test. He came back into the room and told me that he was unsure of the results, so he had a blood test done and sure enough I was pregnant. They said my HCG hormone levels were low that's why they couldn't really tell. I had just gotten pregnant. I too, have never heared of a false postive. Congrats.

As a couple of responders have said already, a line is a line and a false positive is pretty much impossible.
Is it possible you are mistaken about when you ovulated? Four days is very early for a positive.

Usually if a test is going to wrong it's the opposite way. A popsitive test may show a false negative. Normally if your test says it's a positive it is... good luck.

I would guess that you are! I did the same thing. Then I called my Doc go an appointment that day and took one there and it was negative. Needless to say I was so confused. My Doc told me that this early on the HCG is highest in the morning and thats probably what happened. Sure enough my son is 10 months :)

False negatives happen but the docs have told me false positives dont happen. If their was a line no matter how light or dark you are pregnant. Congrats!!!! The HCG hormone is only in the body if you are pregnant. Congrats again and good luck!!!

The results are clearly in! A light line is still a line. I did the same thing. Took the test on a Tuesday, light line. I sat on the info for DAYS bc I wanted to be sure. I nearly exploded with holding it in. Then Friday I did it again and shared with the world. Sit back and give that li'l fetus a hug!
