V.,
I am a mom, but I am also a counselor who works with kids who have been raped, as well as their parents. My services are free. Please please please call me, we can help your kids. My number at work is ###-###-####.

Hi Shay,

I was wondering if maybe you could Paint, decorate, or just do something like that so their rooms are "new" "different" it might help make them a "happy" place to be instead of sad. You know what I mean? A person can't always just pack up and move but maybe you can do something to help them start healing and not be afraid.
I feel so bad for you and am very glad you have a loving boyfriend. I see you are a very loving person and would like to keep in touch with you.
Take Care.

If your kids were raped 3 months ago I would try and keep things at home regular so they know you still love them and aren't treating them any different then I would get them some heavy counseling or a specialist in that area. As far as the bedroom it took place in you would need to make that room look completely differnt. Paint, Wallpaper rearrange furniture whatever you have to do so it doesn't remind them of that. I would allow them to sleep together for the momement becuase I'm sure it helps them feel secure. They need security now more than ever.
