Being judgmental helps people! Mom shaming and intolerance of imperfection are the only way to motivate people. It makes them see what they are doing wrong and fix it. Moms needs to be perfect. It’s part of the requirements. So, Here are my tips on how to obtain perfection.


Elisabeth Day is a mom of 6 ranging from ages 18 months to 21 years. She adopted her oldest two out of foster care and has since become and advocate for Child Abuse Awareness and Foster Care. In her videos and blogs, she offers some tips on motherhood while giving a healthy dose of vulnerability and insight into her journey as a mom. Her goal is to help moms feel like they aren’t alone by sharing her experiences.
