How Do You Fit Exercise In?

I am desperatly trying to get rid of 30 pounds. I have lost only 5 pounds and 8 inches in the last 5 weeks. I'm getting discouraged. I have completely changed the way we eat. The change in food so far has not been too much of an issue. My biggest hurdle is exercise. I have Wii fit and for a while I was doing it every day. I do the 30 minute steps and watch Dr Oz or something while I'm doing it. I don't belone to a gym, and would love to. Problem is I don't know when I would go.
