Increasing Milk Production- Fenugreek And/or Blessed Thistle
I am trying everything I can think of to increase my milk supply. I am currently either nursing the baby or pumping every two to three hours and sometimes both if I feel like she hasn't really emptied me out. I have also tried Reglan- didn't do a thing. So now I'm taking Fenugreek and have been taking it for about a month. Although the change has been small, I have noticed an increase. My question is, can you take Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle together? And how much of each? I did also buy some Mother's Milk tea, but I read that it...
