I returned to work full-time a couple months ago, and ever since my milk production has slowly decreased. I'm away from my baby for almost 12 hours a day, but I try to pump at least 3 times within those 12 hours. When I first started back at work I was pumping at least 4-6 ounces with each pump, but lately I'm lucky to get 1 full ounce. Seeking Advice on Expressed Breast Milk and Mother's Milk Tea

My 8 week old infant was taking the bottle (with expressed breast milk) fairly well, but does not seem interested now. I am panicking a bit since I return to work soon. Are there any sure-fire tips to make this work? Or should I trust that while I am away, he will drink from the bottle when hungry? Also, is there any harm in me drinking Mother's Milk tea just to ensure a plentiful milk supply? My supply is fine now, but I am nervous and don't want to risk anything.

I even pump both breasts at the same time because I heard that helped increase supply. I know about Mother's Milk Plus but can't find any in town. I've been reading about two drugs (Reglan and domperidoneused) to help...
